NCHA East Coast Ride For The Roo Rules

We had a great time with last years NCHA/East Coast Ride For The Roo and we are doing it again for 2010. We have already had questions on this years contest and to make sure all of your questions are addressed quickly and accurately we have enlisted the help of Ride For The Roo expert Kim McCarty. Below are the rules for the 2010 NCHA/East Coast Ride For The Roo:

The 2 classes we are awarding saddles in are, the 3,000 Novice Horse, and the 50k Amatuer.  

1.) The Horses must be owned by an owner residing east of the Mississippi,
2.) ONLY MONEY WON  EAST OF THE MISSISSIPPI WILL COUNT. Any earnings won outside of the designated areas will not count. 
3.) The saddle won in the 3K Novice Horse will be awarded to the TRAINER of the horse, *In the event of multiple riders, (on the winning horse) the rider with the most earnings will be awarded the saddle.
4.)* In the event of a transfer in ownership, the horse must be owned a minimum of six (6) months by an owner residing east of the Mississippi. 
5.) In the 50K Amatuer, The RIDER will be awarded the saddle (regardless of how many horses he/she rode.)
***Again only money won EAST of the Mississippi (designated areas) will count, The Owner/Rider must also reside east of the Mississippi.****
