Our goal is to provide you with high quality products at a fair price. One part in accomplishing this goal is how we manage our returns program. We believe the best way to control these costs is insure you purchase the correct product from the start. To accomplish this we are available by phone and email and the web site offers detailed information as well. If you are in doubt about whether a product will meet your needs please call or email us so we can make sure you have chosen the correct product and avoid having to return it.
For all items other than saddles we will accept returns of non-used Items. Returns on unused unassembled items will be charged a 10% restocking fee. If the Item was assembled by us for you, the restocking fee will be 15%. Returns must be requested within 30 Days of purchase. To affect your return you will need to call us to get a return authorization number. Once you have the number you will need to ship it to us at your cost. We have the right to refuse the return should the condition of the product be in less than new condition. If a return is accepted you will be refunded the cost of the item less the appropriate restocking fee. If we reject the return we will tell you why and ship it back to you C.O.D.
As far as our saddles go we view all our saddle lines as custom products and we will work with you before you purchase a saddle to help you select the correct one for you. Before you make your purchase Please make sure that you understand that we will only take returns on saddles at our discretion. For a saddle to be considered for return you must call within two weeks of purchasing the saddle to request a return. If we are going to accept the saddle for return consideration we will issue a return authorization number. You will need to ship the saddle to us at your cost. Once we receive the saddle we will inspect the saddle and contact you with our final decision. If we accept the return we will charge a 15% restocking fee and refund the balance of the purchase. If we do not accept the return we will tell you why and send the saddle back C.O.D.
